Jewels from Judy: FRESH WIND!

Judy A Bauman

The Dream

The Setting

On February 17, 2017, I woke up from a powerful dream where I was in a house or a small church where a greatly anticipated meeting was about to start. There were two distinct seating sections. The first section had seven rows, the second had three, and there were seven seats per row. In between the sections was an aisle where one could walk through to get to the seats on the right side. I was sitting in the front left seatEvery seat in the front section was full, but at some point I saw that the seats on the left side of the back rows, which were closest to the door, were mostly full of older women who came to the meeting by themselves.

Moved

All of a sudden, my chair tilted onto the back two legs, and an unseen force abruptly took me, while still seated, to the back row of the first section. When I came to a stop, I looked over and saw someone writing a check for substantial amount of money. It was allocated for something very proactive, but I didn’t know what it was for, or why the Lord was showing this to me. Though I don’t recall moving back up where I started, after seeing this, I suddenly was in my original location. It didn’t seem that anyone was aware that I had moved. At this point, I was certain it was an angel moving me.

The Young Couple

Before I had time to think about what I had just experienced, my chair tilted backwards, and again I was abruptly dragged back for a second time. My chair went past the last row in the first section and then sideways in the aisle in between the two sections. My chair stopped and I was suddenly face-to-face with a young couple who were sitting on the far right side in the front row of the second section. Somehow, I knew the man’s name was Patrick and the woman’s was Anne-Marie. They were in their 30s or early 40s.

My attention was immediately directed toward Patrick who was also writing a check, and I saw that he had made it out for a very large sum. He tried to hide it from me by rolling it up, putting it in his pocket, and then looked elsewhere pretending it wasn’t there. Though it was not my intention, I was embarrassed for seeing it. I consider what a person gives in tithes and offerings a very private matter, and could tell that he didn’t want anyone to know he was giving that much money. He wanted to give in secret, and I let him know I would keep it confidential.

The Sleeping Couple, the Blue Sheet, and the Wind

Patrick and Anne-Marie were now lying in a bed peacefully sleeping under a white comforter. Patrick was lying parallel to the front of the second section and Anne-Marie was lying next to him near the open window at the back of the room. Their bed took up the area of twelve seats (four across and 3 wide) of the twenty-one in that section, yet the older women sitting in the remaining seats didn’t seem to mind or take notice.

A sky-blue bed sheet appeared through the open window in the back. It rested on top of them and stretched out to where I was seating. A soft breeze blew in through the window and gently lifted the blue sheet. At this, I announced, “Fresh Wind!” They remained peacefully sleeping.

The wind blew again, but this time it lifted the sheet higher above them and waved just over my head where I was seated. In a louder voice, I again declared, “Fresh WIND!” I was surprised that the couple stayed asleep.

Suddenly, the wind blew very hard! When I started to proclaim “Fresh Wind” for a third time, the wind blew with such force in my face, it caught my breath, and I was unable to speak. The blue sheet went from softly waving in the wind to flapping and making sharp, snapping noises; shockingly, the young couple continued to sleep! I tried several times to make the proclamation without success. Finally, with as much force as I could muster, I yelled out, “FRESH WIND!” Even with the sound of the mighty wind howling, it loudly snapping the sheet just above their heads, and my yelling with all my strength, they remained asleep!

The Scripture

Softly, I began to quote a short Scripture over them concerning orphans and widows. When I spoke it, Anne-Marie stirred a little in her sleep said, “Widows...” Then Patrick stirred and muttered, “Orphans...” Even though they were still asleep, I felt like the Lord was giving them a message – perhaps even a mandate. I hoped that when they woke up, they would be proactive in helping orphans and widows. ~ End Dream

Interpretation

God is the interpreter of dreams. He confirmed this was a prophetic dream the moment I awoke, so I immediately began look deeper into its components. As the prophet wrote, “Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it.” Habakkuk 2:2

Names

When I prayed about why the man’s name in the dream was Patrick, I immediately realized March 17, Saint Patrick’s Day connects to the declaration, “Fresh Wind.” Remember, March is a month known to be windy. Patrick was a Christian missionary who drove out the evil works of the druids in Ireland. He sowed his life into the ministry, and I believe the Holy Spirit is going to do something “proactive” that will help orphans and widows and bring honor to Patrick’s name. My sense is that March 17, 2017 is going to be an important date, but it is likely this represents the timing of the first wind and will increase with time.

The meaning of the names in this dream is significant:

Patrick: noble, nobleman, valiant in war

Anne: favor and grace

Marie: sea of sorrow, bitter, wished for child, loved

Putting them together, there is a message: Noble (godly) warriors will valiantly defend the orphaned, fatherless, and widowed. God’s favor and grace will save the sea of bitter children that He loves and holds so dear. He will turn their sorrow and anger into joy and singing. They will be called the sons and daughters of the Most High God and call Him, “Abba Father!” (Isaiah 61:1-4; Romans 8:14-16 and Eph 4:11-16)

Blue Sheet/White Comforter Covering the Couple

Something the Holy Spirit taught me early on is to pay attention to the color blue in a dream as this represents “a heavenly perspective.” The sheet that came in through the window was sky blue. The snapping was to awaken and snap the sleeping church to attention. The white comforter represents God’s pure love and His grace and comfort that covers believers. The peacefulness the couple had was from the Lord, but it was time to wake up. I believe this couple represents young adults, and couples in particular, who have a heart for missions that touch the lives of orphans and widows in a fresh move of God.

Angelic Movement

The fact that an angel physically moved me two times, something that has never happened to me in a dream, also confirmed this was from the Lord. Both times the Lord revealed that the Holy Spirit was moving on people to contribute to something “proactive” and that it was something close to His heart. At this time, the Father is highlighting His mandate to help the fatherless, orphaned, and widowed.

The Declaration

I believe Holy Spirit wind (Ruach) blew 3x because Scripture teaches us that two to three witnesses confirm a matter. (See 1 John 5:7) He caused the wind to increase each time to reveal the importance of the message. Three times in this dream I declared, “Fresh Wind!” Since this was spoken in a dream, it was not of my own doing. I announced the Holy Spirit’s intentions, and proclaimed this by the leading of the Holy Spirit.

The Word Does Not Come Back Void

While praying about this dream’s interpretation, I looked up quite a few Scriptures with “widows and orphans” to see if I could recall what verse I was quoting in the dream. As soon as I read Isaiah 1:17, I knew this was it (even though I used the word “orphan” instead of “fatherless”).

Learn to do good;
Seek justice,
Rebuke the oppressor;
Defend the fatherless,
Plead for the widow.

The Father desires the Church to move in greater measure in obedience to His word where the care of orphans, fatherless, and widows are concerned.* I do not believe this move of God will touch only those who are physically orphaned and widowed, but will also be effectual in healing those who have suffered spiritual neglect, abuse, rejection, and abandonment.

SIGNIFICANCE IN THE SETTING AND NUMBERS

It is fascinating that the numbers 2, 3, 7, 10, 12, 17, 49, and 70 were specifically represented in this dream, and were all very significant. Let’s take a closer look:

Seventeen

The number seventeen is the first number the Lord highlighted to me when interpreting this dream, so I will start with it. Seventeen is the combination or sum of seven and ten. 7+10=17

Seven is the number of spiritual perfection. The seven Spirits of God are listed in Isaiah 11:2 and mentioned in the Book of Revelation four times. Ten is the number of ordinal perfection signifying completeness in order, nothing wanting. Seventeen unites the two numbers. It is the perfection of spiritual order and signifies “Victory over the works of the enemy, complete victory.”

When I noticed the Scripture quoted in this dream, I was surprised to see the number seventeen represented three times. We have the Scripture, Isaiah 1:17 spoken in this dream on February 17 (2/17/17) for a FRESH WIND of the Holy Spirit connected to March 17, 2017 (3/17/17). Again, three bears witness.

The Seating 7X10=70

There were ten total rows with seven seats in each row. 7 x 10 signifies perfect spiritual order carried out with all spiritual power and significance. Greatly emphasized in the number seventy are both spirit and order.

7x7=49

The first section had 7 rows for a total of 49 seats, and this is the number of Jubilee. (Jubilee is freedom from debt and captivity.) This section of the meeting was full. Last year, 2016, was a year of jubilee, but more amazing is it was the “jubilee of jubilees” as it is said to have been the 70th jubilee since Israel was freed from Egypt! That is a “full” jubilee!

7X7 Forgiveness – the key to our Freedom (more jubilee!)

We also know that Jesus taught many times the importance of forgiveness. One such teaching found in Luke 17:4 is that if someone sins against you 7x a day and returns to repent 7x a day, you are to forgive that person.

Walking in forgiveness is vital to seeing this promise of God come to fruition. We are forgiven when we forgive. (Matt 6:14-15) This is, has been, and will be true for all generations. The spirit of offence is on the rise, we can see it every day on the news, so we must counter this with God’s love. Going head-to-head with these wounded souls will never produce the righteousness of God. The love of many is waxing cold, but perfect love casts out fear. The one who fears has not yet been perfected in love. (1 John 4:16-19)

2x Moved to see 2 Checks

The angel forcefully moved me two times, specifically so I could see two contributions being prepared for the work of the ministry. Two is the number of unity and is associated with the Living Word – Jesus. He sent out the disciples 2x2. He sent them out saying, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” He admonished them to preach, “The kingdom of God has come near to you.” This is still the mandate of the Church. There is much more about this number, but for this dream, it is enough to bear witness to what God is revealing through it.

Other Perfect Numbers Represented

The back section of seating had three rows with seven seats. Three denotes divine perfection. Patrick and Anne-Marie’s bed occupied two thirds of the back section. This area accommodated twelve seats. Twelve denotes governmental perfection, which reveals this couple may represent those who serve, or will serve, in the government. This can be in public office or the church.

I believe God is already blowing “Fresh Wind” on those in government, and He is going to blow more directly and forcefully onto those who have influence over the lives of these vulnerable ones. Whether you agree with the government or not, Scripture states we are to pray for those in authority so that we can live in peace. God is going to awaken government to their plight; however, this does not relegate care of orphans and widows to the State. Scripture makes it clear that God’s people are the ones to step up and act on their behalf.

No Manipulation to Give

It blessed me that no one took up an offering, nor was there any mention of passing the basket, but these two people were preparing ahead of time what to give. What I believe the Lord is highlighting is 2 Corinthians 9:7 where Paul wrote, “So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.”

Not grudgingly! Not of necessity! No, God desires we give as we purpose in our hearts, and by this, we can give cheerfully. The Father gives to us cheerfully, and He wants us to know that joy too. Think of the joy of Zacchaeus when “Salvation” came to his house – he gave without restraint!

The Fear of the Lord

I also believe a “fear of the Lord” will blow on those who receive money for the care of orphans, fatherless, and widows. They will feel the Holy Spirit’s breath on their necks as they plan how to utilize the gifts given. Leaders who cause people to give out of compulsion or necessity must quickly repent and prayerfully rethink their approach in this matter. Ministries must line up their method of collecting funds for the ministry with the word of God. Manipulating the “widows to give their all” goes against God’s word. The widow who Jesus honored gave from her heart. No one coerced her. Those who continue to twist what Scriptures say to fleece God’s sheep, particularly widows will find their lampstands removed.

Widows and Women Abandoned

Seeking the Lord on behalf of the widows and those forsaken, who sat in the back by themselves, God gives encouragement through Isaiah 54:4-6:

“Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed;
Neither be disgraced, for you will not be put to shame;
For you will forget the shame of your youth,
And will not remember the reproach of your widowhood anymore.
For your Maker is your husband,
The Lord of hosts is His name;
And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel;
He is called the God of the whole earth.

For the Lord has called you
Like a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit,
Like a youthful wife when you were refused,”
Says your God.

Fresh Wind Blowing

I pray we will allow the “Fresh Wind” to first blow on us in a personal way, so that we will hear how the Holy Spirit will lead us both personally and corporately. We don’t need to devise some man-made program, but we also do not want to lag behind saying it is someone else’s responsibility. When one part of the body hurts, the whole body hurts. We need the mind of Christ in the matter.

The fact that in the dream I was there to attend a “greatly anticipated meeting,” points to something already established that is operating in excellence. It has long been in my heart to help orphans and widows wherever and whenever possible, and I have collaborated with many others who do too. When I take a hard look at it, God has helped me accomplish this in many nations, including my own, so this dream greatly encouraged me to continue in this work. There is so much yet to do to bring in the harvest!

A “Fresh Wind” of God’s Holy Spirit is coming into the sleeping church and His heart is longing for us to work together with Him. We need to ready ourselves!

James 1:27 Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.

Amen
